Chef Marcus has crossed many bridges in his culinary career, from humble beginnings inspired by his grandmother's kitchen to world-renowned kitchens that honed his craft. Bridgeport is his homage to these crossings, bringing together an eclectic menu that reimagines classic dishes with vibrant twists and deep-rooted warmth.

 

True to its name, Bridgeport embraces a "cornfields to countertops" philosophy, sourcing fresh, local ingredients that capture the essence of farm-to-table dining. Each dish is crafted from produce and flavors grown in the heart of our region, blending the comfort of home-cooked memories with a refined touch that surprises and delights.
